Who is responsible
CIYAJ is a trading name. The company that will operate it is being registered, and until then CIYAJ's founder is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@ciyaj.com.
What this notice covers
This website, ciyaj.com, and the briefing request form on it. The CIYAJ product has its own terms for customer data.
What we collect
- When you request a briefing: your full name, role, organization, work email, whether you are an organization, a consulting or audit firm or a technology partner, the frameworks you tick, your preferred deployment, and anything you write in the message box.
- With each request: the date and time, the country it came from, and a one-way code made from your IP address, used only to stop repeated automated submissions.
- When you browse: nothing. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and arrange the briefing you asked for. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your details.
Where it is kept
Requests are stored with Cloudflare in data centres in Western Europe, and a copy is sent by email to a mailbox hosted by Google. Both are outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We send only what you entered in the form.
How long we keep it
Twelve months after we last hear from you, then it is deleted automatically. The IP-based code is cleared after 30 days.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, or to destroy it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@ciyaj.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Changes
When what we collect or how we use it changes, we update this notice and the date at the top.
